Pussy Plate Workshop

$89.00
Sold Out

SOLD OUT

Learn how to make a Pussy Plate with queer artist Megan Hope. You are invited to The Crafted Coffee Company, to learn how to hand build your very own plate out of clay.

Your yoni will be glazed with a colour of your choice, and fired twice in the kiln to make it a beautiful ceramic piece. This workshop is inspired by the Yoni Collection that you can shop for here, because embracing all bodies is beautiful.

This 2 hour workshop is designed for beginners in a friendly and safe studio environment. No two yonis are alike, and that goes with all the plates we end up making. Whether you are inspired by your own or simply want to get creative, this is an encouraging space for everyone.

  • Saturday 23rd August, at 3pm OR 6pm, please arrive 10 minutes earlier.

  • At The Crafted Coffee Company, 121 Blenheim Road, Riccarton, Christchurch 8041.

  • Free parking available in the area, along with restaurants nearby.

  • This workshop is suitable for ages 16+.

  • Wear comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting dirty!

  • Yas kweens, you can BYO, just let me know if you do as we have glasses + no underage drinking.

  • Pieces by Megan Hope on display, at a discounted rate for you all! Additionally jewellery by Toda Studios will be out as-well.

Your pieces will be ready to collect in 4-6 weeks time from Northcote/Papanui area in Christchurch, with the option to pay for shipping on the day if desired.

I’ll have your names on a list to tick off when you are there 🥰

This is a collaboration with Karma Creative Studios 🥰

This event is about learning a new skill at a fun workshop. After the event I will be taking extra precautions to ensure a safe return of your pieces, however, sometimes pottery does funny things in the kiln…such as cracking or splitting…this doesn’t happen often but unfortunately it is apart of making pottery. There are no refunds offered if this rare event happens.

As always, this is a QUEER friendly event, everyone is welcome! No terfs, no homophobia, just laughs and respect xxx.

This event is located at The Crafted Coffee Company, with full wheelchair accessibility.

Please select ‘Workshop Tickets Only” ($0) for shipping at checkout.
