Shipping and Delivery?
We aim to ship your order within 3 business days. You will be notified via email once your item has shipped, or if there are any delays.
All items are sent via NZ Post, standard delivery. NZ Post aim to deliver within 3 business days, and 5 business days for rural areas.
Please reach out if your order has not arrived after 9 business days.
Made to order items will be shipped as indicated on the listing.
Fluid Pottery Limited only operates in New Zealand, based in Christchurch.
Standard shipping is $12, and $5 for local Christchurch delivery.

Refunds or Returns?
We do not accept general refunds or returns of jewellery due to sanitary and hygiene regulations.
If your item is delivered broken or lost, please contact us.
If you are interested in looking at an item in person, I am based in Christchurch and might be able to organise a time for you to visit.

Our Ceramics
Our ceramics are hand-made from majority Aotearoa sourced clay. Fluid Pottery sources majority of items used to create our pottery from local businesses. All items are made on a kick-wheel or hand thrown, for a lifetime of enjoyment.
We recommend hand-washing only to preserve the life on your precious pieces, however ceramics are generally built to be dishwasher safe.
