Shipping and Delivery?

• We aim to ship your order within 3 business days. You will be notified via email once your item has shipped, or if there are any delays.

• All items are sent via NZ Post, standard delivery. NZ Post aim to deliver within 3 business days, and 5 business days for rural areas.

• Please reach out if your order has not arrived after 9 business days.

• Made to order items will be shipped as indicated on the listing.

• Fluid Pottery Limited only operates in New Zealand, based in Christchurch.

• Standard shipping is $12, and $5 for local Christchurch delivery.

Refunds or Returns?

• We do not accept general refunds or returns of jewellery due to sanitary and hygiene regulations.
